WithMe

Community Guidelines

Last Updated: May 28, 2026

WithMe exists to help people turn social intent into real plans with real people in real places. That only works when people treat each other with care, honesty, and respect.

WithMe has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

These Community Guidelines apply to your profile, photos, WithMes, messages, notes, reports, invite links, support interactions, and real-world conduct connected to WithMe. They are part of how Beyeo, Inc. d/b/a WithMe protects the Service and its community.

1. Our Values

These guidelines are built around four values: authenticity, safety, privacy, and dignity.

  • Authenticity means people should be able to understand who they are meeting and what the plan is.
  • Safety means plans, messages, and behavior should not create unreasonable risk of real-world harm.
  • Privacy means people should control how their personal information, location, photos, and communications are shared.
  • Dignity means people should be treated as people, not targets, props, leads, or transactions.

We may consider context when applying these guidelines, including intent, severity, repeated behavior, risk of harm, available evidence, and whether a report appears to be made in good faith.

2. Be Real and Honest

Use your own account, accurate profile information, and current photos. Do not impersonate someone else, misrepresent your age, identity, intentions, availability, relationship to a venue, or the nature of a WithMe.

Do not create deceptive plans, fake interest, fake attendance, duplicate accounts, misleading venue details, or content designed to manipulate other users.

3. Respect Consent and Boundaries

Respect “no,” silence, blocks, cancellations, changed plans, and personal boundaries. Do not pressure, guilt, threaten, follow, stalk, repeatedly contact, or attempt to bypass another user’s settings or decisions.

Sexual harassment, unwanted sexual comments, explicit content, coercion, non-consensual sharing of intimate content, and sexual exploitation are not allowed.

4. Keep Plans Safe and Lawful

Do not use WithMe to facilitate illegal activity, violence, weapons transactions, controlled substances, human trafficking, sex work or solicitation, scams, gambling where unlawful, or any activity that could endanger users, venues, staff, or the public.

Choose public, appropriate, and lawful places for plans. Follow venue rules, local laws, age restrictions, reservation policies, and event requirements.

5. No Hate, Harassment, or Abuse

Do not attack, demean, exclude, threaten, or promote harm against people based on protected or personal characteristics, including race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, disability, medical condition, age, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, veteran status, immigration status, or body type.

Bullying, intimidation, doxxing, blackmail, humiliation, revenge content, and coordinated harassment are not allowed.

6. Protect Privacy

Do not share another person’s private information without permission, including addresses, precise locations, phone numbers, private messages, photos, screenshots, workplace details, payment information, or identifying documents.

Do not record, photograph, or post other users in private or sensitive contexts without their consent.

7. No Exploitation or Dangerous Content

Do not post, send, request, or coordinate content or conduct involving child sexual exploitation or abuse, sexual exploitation of adults, human exploitation, trafficking, threats of violence, praise or support for violent extremist activity, graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or eating-disorder encouragement.

Because WithMe is an 18-and-over service, any account or content involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, deceptive, or unsafe context may be removed and reported where appropriate.

Our child safety and CSAE standards are published at Safety on WithMe.

8. No Fraud, Scams, or Restricted Transactions

Do not use WithMe to deceive people, obtain money or personal information under false pretenses, run romance scams, phishing schemes, investment schemes, fake venue promotions, fake ticket offers, or other deceptive practices.

Do not buy, sell, trade, solicit, or coordinate restricted goods or services, including weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, regulated financial products, or sexual services.

9. Respect Intellectual Property

Only upload or share content you have the right to use. Do not post photos, logos, text, or other materials that infringe someone else’s copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other rights.

If you believe content on WithMe infringes your rights, contact support@xwith.me.

10. Use the Service Fairly

Do not spam, scrape, automate, sell access, promote unrelated businesses, run unauthorized ads, recruit users away from the Service at scale, or use WithMe for lead generation, phishing, malware, fraud, data harvesting, credential collection, token misuse, or platform manipulation.

Do not collect, sell, license, purchase, or misuse data obtained from WithMe except as the Service intentionally allows. Do not ask for passwords, verification codes, private invite links, access tokens, or other authentication materials.

Do not interfere with security features, reporting tools, recommendations, moderation systems, rate limits, access controls, or any part of the Service. Do not try to bypass restrictions, evade enforcement, or access information you do not have permission to access.

11. Report Problems Responsibly

If something feels unsafe, leave the situation and contact local emergency services when there is immediate danger. WithMe support is not an emergency service.

Use reporting tools or contact support@xwith.me for safety issues, harassment, impersonation, scams, illegal activity, or policy violations. Reports should be truthful and made in good faith.

Do not misuse reporting, support, dispute, or review channels with fraudulent, duplicative, misleading, retaliatory, or groundless reports or appeals.

12. Enforcement and Review

We may remove content, limit visibility, cancel or hide plans, restrict features, require verification, warn users, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, contact venues or law enforcement, or take other action when we believe it is appropriate.

We may act when content uses coded, ambiguous, implicit, or off-platform language if the surrounding context gives us a reasonable basis to believe it violates these guidelines or creates risk.

When practical and safe, we may tell you about enforcement action and provide a way to ask for another review. We may limit notice or review when doing so could expose WithMe or others to legal liability, compromise safety, interfere with security or investigations, enable further abuse, violate law, or create operational risk.

We may act on behavior on or off the Service when it affects user safety, trust, or WithMe’s operation.

13. Changes

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, notify users.
