Beyeo, Inc. d/b/a WithMe (“WithMe,” “Beyeo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use the WithMe mobile application, website (including xwith.me), invite previews, sample WithMe pages, support tools, communications, and related services (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

When you use WithMe, you may provide identifiers and account information, such as your name, email address, phone number, login information, age or date of birth, profile details, photos, bio, preferences, notification settings, and support contact details.

You may also provide content and communications, including WithMes you create, interests you express, host selections, messages, notes, reports, reviews, feedback, survey responses, and other information you choose to share.

B. Location, Venue, and Plan Information

WithMe is built around real-world plans. We may collect approximate location, city, neighborhood, venue searches, selected venues, plan locations, and, if you enable device permissions, more precise device location.

We use location and venue information to show relevant WithMes, help users coordinate, improve recommendations, support safety features, and operate the Service. You can control device-level location permissions through your device settings.

C. Usage, Matching, and Interaction Information

We collect information about how you use the Service, including plans you view, create, join, or leave; interest and selection activity; messages and chat activity; blocks and reports; app events; feature usage; referral, invite, and link activity; and interactions with notifications.

D. Device, Technical, and Analytics Information

We may collect device type, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address, identifiers, language, time zone, log data, crash reports, diagnostics, performance data, and analytics events.

E. Safety, Support, and Bug Report Information

If you contact support or submit a report, we may collect the content of your report, screenshots or attachments you provide or authorize, related account and plan identifiers, technical details, notes, status updates, and communications needed to investigate, respond, improve the Service, and protect users.

F. Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from service providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, mapping and venue data providers, device platforms, other users, public sources, and safety or legal sources where permitted by law.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate, maintain, personalize, improve, and protect the Service, including to:

  • create and manage accounts
  • enable plan creation, discovery, interest, selection, messaging, coordination, and invite previews
  • show profiles, venues, plans, and relevant recommendations
  • send service, plan, safety, support, email, push, and administrative communications
  • provide customer support and respond to bug reports
  • detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to abuse, fraud, spam, safety issues, policy violations, security incidents, and illegal activity
  • debug, measure, analyze, test, and improve the Service
  • enforce our Terms of Service and other policies
  • comply with legal obligations and protect rights, safety, and property

We may aggregate or de-identify information so it no longer reasonably identifies you and use that information for analytics, research, product improvement, and business purposes.

3. How Information Is Disclosed

We do not sell your personal information for money. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 18.

With Other Users

Your profile, photos, bio, preferences, city or general area, plan details, host or guest status, interest activity, selection status, and other Service activity may be visible to other users as needed to make WithMe work. Messages are visible to participants in that conversation. Venue and plan details are visible to relevant users and may be visible through invite or preview links depending on the feature.

Service Providers

We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, cloud infrastructure, authentication, databases, storage, analytics, crash reporting, maps and venue data, communications, push notifications, email delivery, support tooling, security, and fraud prevention providers.

Safety, Legal, and Protection

We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, investigate abuse or security issues, protect users or the public, prevent harm, or protect the rights, property, and safety of WithMe, Beyeo, users, venues, service providers, or others.

Business Transfers

We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

With Your Direction or Consent

We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, consent to the disclosure, or use a feature that is designed to share information.

4. Location and Sensitive Information

Location, safety reports, messages, photos, age, preferences, and other information you provide may be sensitive depending on context. We use this information to provide the Service, support real-world coordination, maintain safety and integrity, and comply with law.

Your precise device location is not continuously shared with other users by default. When you create or join a WithMe, venue, place, city, timing, and relevant plan details may be shared with other users as part of the plan.

You should not share information you do not want other users to see. You can change device location permissions through your device settings.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

Our website and Service may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, measure marketing or product activity, detect fraud, and maintain security.

Your browser or device may let you limit some of these technologies. Some features may not work properly if they are disabled.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, protect safety and security, prevent fraud or abuse, support audits, maintain backups, and operate our business.

If you delete your account in the app, we disable the account and sign you out after confirmation, then run deletion or anonymization in the background. We delete or anonymize personal account and profile data, public profile data, user-owned profile photos, device records, notification preferences, active delivery state, and active WithMe participation records where deletion requires cancellation or withdrawal.

Some shared or restricted records may remain after account deletion where necessary for safety, legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, accounting, dispute resolution, audit, enforcement, or legitimate business purposes. Shared chat message bodies and completed, cancelled, disputed, or retained WithMe history may remain for other participants, safety, moderation, dispute, legal, audit, or enforcement needs, but we remove or anonymize user-facing identity details such as display name, bio, profile photos, and live profile links where appropriate. Legal agreements, safety reports, support records, security events, fraud-prevention records, backups, and de-identified or aggregated information may be retained as permitted or required by law.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can update certain profile information in the app, manage notifications in app or device settings, control location permissions on your device, block or report other users, and initiate account deletion from Settings > Account > Delete Account.

You may also contact support@xwith.me for access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance. If you use the in-app deletion flow, your account is disabled and you are signed out after confirmation while backend deletion and anonymization finish asynchronously. We may need to verify your identity before completing requests made outside the signed-in app.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, such as the right to know, access, correct, delete, port, or limit certain uses of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics except as permitted by law and as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and being mindful about what you share with other users.

9. Children’s Privacy

WithMe is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact support@xwith.me.

10. International Users

WithMe is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after an updated policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.
