1. What WithMe Is

WithMe is a platform that helps people create and join real-world social plans (“WithMes”) at specific places and times.

Users can:

• create a WithMe as a host
• express interest in a WithMe as a guest
• be selected by a host to join a plan

WithMe facilitates introductions and coordination.

WithMe does not organize, host, or supervise in-person interactions.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• be at least 18 years old
• have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

By using WithMe, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• maintaining accurate profile information
• keeping your account secure
• all activity under your account

You agree not to:

• impersonate another person
• create fake or misleading profiles

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. WithMes (Plans)

A “WithMe” is a user-created plan that includes:

• a time
• a place
• a host
• one or more selected guests

• Hosts choose who joins their WithMe
• Once selected, the plan is considered confirmed

WithMe does not guarantee:

• that anyone will join your plan
• that selected participants will attend
• that plans will occur as expected

5. Real-World Interactions

WithMe enables users to meet in person.

You understand and agree:

• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users
• You decide whether to meet, where to meet, and how to interact
• WithMe does not conduct background checks or guarantee user behavior

WithMe is not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.

You assume all risk when participating in a WithMe.

6. Safety

WithMe provides tools such as:

• profile information
• blocking and reporting
• basic safety features

These tools are provided to help you make informed decisions.

However:

WithMe does not guarantee safety.

If you feel unsafe, do not attend or leave the situation and contact appropriate authorities.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use WithMe to:

• harass, threaten, or harm others
• engage in illegal activity
• promote violence or discrimination
• solicit or engage in commercial activity without permission
• share false or misleading information

We reserve the right to:

• remove content
• suspend or ban users
• take any action necessary to protect the platform and its users

8. Content and Communications

You are responsible for:

• the content you post
• messages you send

By using WithMe, you grant us a license to:

• display and use your content as needed to operate the Service

We may review, moderate, or remove content at our discretion.

9. Privacy

Your use of WithMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

This includes how we collect and use:

• profile information
• location data
• messages and interactions

10. No Warranty

WithMe is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

• the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• matches or plans will lead to any specific outcome

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WithMe is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• personal injury
• emotional distress
• property damage
• loss of opportunity

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WithMe from any claims arising from:

• your use of the Service
• your interactions with other users
• your violation of these Terms

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using WithMe at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

We will update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, notify users.

Continued use of WithMe means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
