Iyo is WithMe's in-app concierge for real plans: help that understands the plan, venue, draft, or conversation you are already looking at.
Iyo is not a general chatbot, an AI friend, or a personal assistant for everything. Iyo is product-aware: she is most useful when she understands the WithMe, venue, chat, create draft, or review moment you are already in.
Think of Iyo as help for the next useful step inside WithMe, not another blank chat box.
What Iyo Helps With
Iyo can help when a plan needs motion, clarity, or a better next move.
Depending on where you open Iyo, she may help you:
- shape a new WithMe
- improve a host note
- think through a venue
- understand the plan in front of you
- decide what to do next
- draft a message for a confirmed WithMe chat
- find a relevant action, such as reviewing, reporting, or updating a plan
The point is not that Iyo can answer anything. The point is that Iyo can help with the WithMe context you are already looking at.
Why Iyo Is Different From a Generic Assistant
Generic assistants start from a blank prompt.
Iyo starts from the product moment.
If you open Iyo from Create, she can focus on the draft you are building. If you open Iyo from a WithMe detail screen, she can focus on that plan. If you open Iyo from a committed chat, she can help with coordination around that specific WithMe.
That makes Iyo a guided product agent rather than a general AI surface. She should help you move from intent to coordination through WithMe actions, not pull you into an unrelated chat experience.
What Iyo Does Not Do
Iyo does not replace your judgment.
Iyo does not decide who joins a WithMe for you.
Iyo does not guarantee a plan will happen.
Iyo does not turn WithMe into a general AI app.
Iyo should stay close to real plans, real venues, messages, safety, support, and next steps.
Where You May See Iyo
You may see Iyo:
- while creating a WithMe
- on a WithMe detail screen
- in a committed WithMe chat
- near venue or review moments
- when the app thinks a plan could use a next action
The best Iyo moments feel contextual. You should not have to explain the entire plan from scratch if you opened Iyo from the plan itself.
